Our Food is a conscious blend of local ingredients and a love of food from the far east.
The flavors of our dishes are complex, but approachable. You'll find a balance of spicy, sweet, and tangy -- no matter the dish or the flavors, though, we always let our fresh, local ingredients shine.
We make everything we put on the plate in house. Everything. It’s just as important to us as our sourcing. Noodles, sauces, curry pastes, breads, broths, dumpling dough -- you name it, we make it. (With the exception of ramen noodles and mayo -- we buy that.) It takes a lot of work, from a lot of passionate people. We're proud of it.

On the savory side, our food is inspired by the vast food cultures of the Asian Continent. We take what we've learned and experienced with our combined experience, and merge it with what we have available from the farmers and growers in our area. With the vibrant culinary tapestry of Asia as an inspiration and the incredible richness of local ingredients from North Carolina, we have a lot to work with.

Whether you're looking for pies, cookies, cakes, macarons, or other fine pastries, Rose's has something for all your needs. We even offer seasonal special orders to make your celebrations even more special.
Selections change from day to day but Rose’s is known for their constantly changing ice cream and ice cream sandwiches, macarons, cream puffs, seasonal handpies, rotating cakes and chocolate galettes.
