We Missed You!We had so much going on this first month of 2025, we never got to catch up with all of you! Here’s what we got going this week:
It’s Restaurant Week!
Happens once a year, Friends, we live in an area with so many talented chefs, bakers, servers, and everything in between.  Sometimes it’s hard to have perspective when you are always “here” but, let’s be real, Most small cities just don’t have the incredible food scene we do.So, Triangle restaurant week is here to celebrate that!  This week, our contribution is a $30 three course menu; 1/2 Salad & Steam Bun, Half order of Noodles and Choice of two Desserts!  That’s what’s up. You know we had to work the salads in there because those are our favorite. 
Crispy Gyozas are coming back Pork, Shrimp, Napa cabbage make up the filling.  It’s crispy on the top and chewy yet supple on the bottom.   They get complimented by a citrus and radish sauce.

Fresh A/F Hilltop Farm Chicken Curry with Winter Carrots

Radicchio Salad With Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Citrus Vinaigrette

Flippin’ Dry Pot Flank Steak with Braised Yuba & Celery
 
Guys. It’s going down over here.Like Seriously, that’s so much delicious, local food!
Wanna Talk Pastries?  Things are getting really hearty on the sweets side. Look for more updates on Valentines Sweets next week. Though the cookies on the right are already in the case!! (word on the street is Katie Saved Summer Strawberries for this special/sweet Holiday)   🍓👩‍🌾🍰
