 Let’s get you some detailsThe bluefin dish is an amazing dive into textures and umami, Warm Brown Mochi Rice from Nagano is mixed with marinated kombu, yuzu zest, crunchy mountain potato, and nutty moromi miso, then tossed with aged fatty Bluefin Tuna Belly. Sensual and indulgent is what we are going for…Bright Pink Chicories, Tossed with Smokey-Cured Pork Hearts, Fresh Celery and Malty Vinegar from Shanxi China. Bitter and herbal, but invigorating.🫀=🫶 Crab, Because Crab Fancy. Plus the Curry Crab Fat Sauce is to die for. Grilled Pickled Chili Fish- Sharing a fish at the table is fun: you eat it together, pass each other your favorite parts, argue over the eyeballs… Romance. OH and those Cream Puffs, Just wow, when Katie changes the chocolate topping for candied pistachios, and the filling for a Meyer lemon pastry cream, things get real. Chocolate is great for Valentines, and we’ll of course have many special chocolate options in the case. But for this menu, This is sweet ending you’ll swoon over. |

We have a very small space and to achieve the quality we are shooting for, we can only offer so much at one time while still offering our regular menu. Katie and her pastry team will have lots of special (Strawberry!!) desserts available all weekend so you can impress your significant other with your pastry selection skills. 😘 |
